TRAINED BY HEZBOLLAH

The terrorist group Hezbollah, Party of God, is conducting training for the insurgences in Iraq.  The New York Times has reported that Hezbollah, a Syrian & Iranian backed group, had been training members of the illegal Mahdi Army, led by the criminal Moktada al-Sadr, an Iraqi Shiite terrorist. Members of al-Sadr's terrorist group travel both into Syrian and Iran to receive the training that they need to kill American military soldiers and other Iraqis.

Currently, Democrats would like the United States to make nice with Iran and Syria so that Hezbollah may continue training terrorists that target American troops. It is unlikely that Republicans, whom are know afraid of the Big Bad Democrats, will stop the US from making nice with countries that help train the terrorists that kill our troops. However, if we make nice with Iran and Syria will Hezbollah train our troops too?

TERRORISTS BOYCOTT US AIRWAYS

Terrorist are calling for a boycott of US Airways.  This call for a boycott is due to the incident involving six terrorist imams being pulled off a US Airways flight. Now the ringleader imam,Omar Shahin is calling for a boycott of US Airways. Hopefully, all Muslims will boycott all airlines. Considering that all of the 9/11 hijackers were Muslims, all of the members of Al Qaeda are Muslims, and only Muslims take part in jihads against Americans. Sounds like a good idea.
So I support theMuslim boycott of US Airways and would ask Muslims around the world not to fly anymore unless you are headed back to your Islamic country of choice.

Thanks for reading & terrorists thanks for not flying,

THE SADDAM TAPES

The New York Times has recently acquired a revealing video tape of Saddam Hussein with top military advisors and the than Deputy Prime Minister.  Analysts believe the tape was made just a few months before the United States invaded Iraq.  The topic of the tape?  Low tech weapons. The type of weapons that the insurgency could use against the United States once we invaded. Sling shots, bows and arrows, spikes, sticks, and other weapons that could be used by regular citizens to fend off the Americans.

If Saddam planned the insurgency, that would mean that his strategy is clearly working. Arm regular citizens with low tech weapons and get them to attack Americans any chance they got. Eventually the Americans would leave and Saddam could rise back to power. So that leaves me with a key question, why can't our troops defeat this insurgency? Is it the plan of attack or strategy? Is it the fact that everytime one of soldiers kill someone they are charged with rape or murder? Why don't American commanders and policymakers just take the gloves off and kill our enemies?

MISSILES FOR OUR ENEMIES

Like having a cut in shark infested waters, the sharks will quickly begin to attack. Our cut was the election of a Democratic Congress. The sharks is our enemies both old and new. And guess what they smell weakness and now is their time to test America's willingness to standup for ourselves.  Russian, Iran, China, North Korea, and Syria, all know that the Democrats know little to nothing about Foreign policy and war. So what do they do? Whatever they want! Russia has already begin shipping the Tor M1 9M330 Air Defense System to Iran. While America is trying to stop Iran from developing a nuclear bomb, Russia is busy sending them Air Defense assets to protect their nuclear sights.

The President of Iran will make sure that he uses these Air Defense systems to shoot down any American or Israeli plane that might threaten or spy on his country's nuclear program.  As American's with a Democratic Congress and a Lame Duck President we can expect members of the international community to continue doing whatever they want and to threaten the US and our assets overseas.  But can you blame them? We're afraid to stay the course in Iraq and fight. The Democrats are planning the retreat and the vocal American public is for retreating and defeat. So we can expect our enemies to act like sharks in bloody waters. Because they know we have lost our fight. We won't attack Iran for developing nukes, we won't bomb North Korea for developing nukes, and we definitely are afraid of deploying troops on the ground. So all the average citizen can do is buy up a bunch of guns and hope the Iranians, Russians, and terrorists don't launch a full scale invasion of our country.

UPDATE: FROM RUSSIA WITH LOVE

A few days ago I blogged about a story that has now gotten some press, the story of a former Russian spy who was poisoned in London and has now died.  This is the of story of Alexander Litvinekno, a former spy turned author turned enemy of the Kremlin. Litvinekno was poisoned. There should be no debate about that because he is dead. Who poisoned him? The Russians.
But Americans should be concerned with what he was poisoned with. It seems that it was some kind of radioactive poison and guess what the news is covering it. My concern is what if this poison becomes the new weapon of choice for the terrorist. What has our government done to protect us from this threat?  So as the Russians cover up their involvement in killing this former spy, my key question is will Russia give the recipe for their poison to our enemies? Obviously, they are already giving missiles to Iran, why not poison to terrorist?

UPDATE: BU offers aid to Whites

The college Republicans at Boston University are giving out a scholarship based on race.  Scholarships based on race is nothing new. Colleges do it all the time, governments do it all the time, and employers show racial preference all the time. However, what is controversial about this scholarship is that the race is Caucasian. The scholarship is only a $250 scholarship and whoever wins it must be at least 25% white, have a 3.2GPA, and must write two short essays.  The first question asks applicants to describe their ancestry and the other, what it means to be a Caucasian-American today.

The purpose of this scholarship is to raise an open and healthy debate on racial preferences and affirmitive action.  Once I posted the first blog on this subject, I received the following comment:
"piker62 writes: Tuesday, November, 21, 2006 1:42 PM
Oh, Absolutely
Scholarships should not be based on need, but solely on merit. Why shouldn't rich white kids get some breaks? Haven't they got it hard enough, having to deal with all that inheritance paperwork? I think whoever is already doing the best in school should get the monetary awards, even if they did best because they didn't have to take jobs to support themselves and they could afford private tutors.
Am I being too snarky here?
Incidentally, EVERY month is White History Month."

I wanted to update my readers on the story and the debate. But I also wanted to respond to piker62's comment.
1) No one stated that scholarships should be based on solely merit. The college group stated that scholarships should not be based solely on race.  Need and merit are the only things that scholarships should be based on.
2) Piker62's second sentence "Why shouldn't rich white kids get some breaks?....inheritance paperwork? This is highly sterotypical. We shouldn't assume that all white kids are rich and get inheritance. Heck, I know that isn't true. Haven't you ever been to NC? Poverty doesn't know race, it only knows people. Not all whites are rich and not all blacks are poor. Just look at Oprah.
3) The third comment was referring to people who work and go to school. I take offense to that comment because I worked and went to school. And guess what my grades where fine. I grew up poor (I still am somewhat poor) and I never needed or had a private tutor. So just because someone works doesn't mean that will effect their grades. I'd rather see students stay busy working than out partying too much and drinking.
4) Piker62's last comment every month is White History Month is just plain wrong and racist.  I would say that no month is a history month. There is no America History Month. Forget white, black, purple, or red.  Kids and adults don't know American History.  I didn't learn about Vietnam and our experience their in school. Our teacher glazed over that. I had to read. I enjoying reading history. I believe history is history and it should all be studied and learned from.

See even the thought or debate about race invokes people's emotions. And the one thing that I learned is that emotional people don't think straight. We need to understand that we are all Americans and that the only race out there is the human race.  So thanks for the comment.

SUSPECTED TERRORISTS REMOVED FROM FLIGHT

Six suspected terrorists were removed from a US Airways flight at Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport on Monday.  The six were among passengers who boarded Flight 300 bound for Phoenix around 6:30 pm.  The six suspected terrorists were Muslim and were spotted praying at the airport gate. Seeing six Muslims praying by the airport gate raised concerns from fellow passengers who reported the group to a flight attendant.  Police were called and the six suspected Muslim terrorists were removed from the flight and questioned by police for several hours before being released.

Today, the group of suspected Muslim terrorists have been identified as Muslim imams. The imams claimed they were embarrassed and offended by the actions of the crew, passengers, and authorities. The imams claim to be leaders in the Muslim community and that they deserved to be treated better and that they did nothing wrong. However, reports show that they prayed by the gate in the airport (something Muslims do before they go on suicide missions) and they had one way tickets with no luggage. Sounds like terrorists to me.

When airport crews and officials don't detain and question six arabic Muslims praying at the gate with one way tickets, than I'm gonna stop flying especially if they are imams. Imams have traditionally been recruiters for terrorist networks. Imams call for violence during Friday prayer and get the Muslim crowds all worked up to go and join Al Qaeda or fight against the US in Iraq.  The US has had major problems with these terrorist imams. So don't be fulled by the liberals who say these airport officials did the wrong thing. The facts are clear, we are at war with Muslims we are at war with Islam. We have to stop and screen Muslims all over the world to ensure that they don't attack and kill more people. Call it what you want but I call it common sense and if you don't like it you can fly on the plane with six radical imams.

Take it up with God!

Are you thinking of giving money to a cause for the "victims" of Hurricane Katrina? I wouldn't. You ask why? All you have to do is to look at the story of the Thompson family
A church wanted to do something special for the Thompson family who were displaced victims of Hurricane Katrina. So the church gave the victims a $75,000 house, free and clear.  The couple who claimed to be left homeless flipped the home for $88,000 and never moved into it.

When a TV reporter asked Joshua Thompson about it, Thompson told him to "Take it up with God."

So when charities beg for these Katrina folks, that will be my response. "Take it up with God." because I'm not giving to you guys.

BU OFFERS WHITE SCHOLARSHIP

A group at Boston University is circulating an application for a "Caucasian Achievement and Recognition Scholarship" which requires applicants to be at least 25% Caucasian.  The purpose of the scholarship, which is privately funded by the Boston University College Republicans, is to trigger a discussion on what they believe to be the morally wrong practice of basing decisions in schools and jobs on racial preferences rather than merit.

I do think that it is strange that if you give out a white scholarship you are racist, but black, Hispanic, or other races is OK.  Seems like a double standard to me. I mean there are all kinds of things, Black History Month (no White History Month) or Even an American History Month and what about the NAACP what if their was a NAAWP?

I believe scholarships should be given out on ONLY two basis: 1) Need & 2) Merit.
Because if somebody wants to go to college in America just join the service and get the GI Bill. I guess there are many ways to divide but I just wish we would unite. Aren't we all Americans?  Isn't that enough? I guess in the infamous world of Rodney King, "Can't we all get along!"

SYRIA SIDES WITH DEMOCRATS

Like the Democratic party, Syria has called for a timetable for the United States to withdraw from Iraq.  It is clear that the Democrats want the United States out of Iraq because the Democratic Party knows nothing about how to fight a war. The official policy of the Democratic Party towards our enemies is appeasement. Remember it was the Democrats that doubted whether or not Bin Laden was behind 9/11.

However, the reason Syria would want the US out of the region is because they can give the Weapons of Mass Destruction back to the new Iraqi government.  It is clear that Syria is an enemy of the United States. Syria is listed as a state sponsor of terrorism.  It is interesting that the Democratic Party would hold the same opinion as a State sponsor of terrorism.  Maybe after two years of a Democratic controlled Congress, the State Department will designate the Democratic Party as a state sponsor of bad ideas and terrorism.

FROM RUSSIA WITH LOVE

Russian Dictator, I mean President Vladimir Putin often criticizes the United States in our dealing with all things evil..i.e. Iran, Iraq, North Korea.  Many times I feel like Putin and the Kremlin act as if they are a more moral nation when it comes to foreign affairs.  However, this is far from the truth.

Even though the Cold War is suppose to be over and the age of KGB spies and all that Cloak & Dagger stuff is suppose to have ended.  The Russians still kill people when they don't agree with them or if they criticized President Putin. Occasionally these Cold War style killings make it into the news.  One of the latest is the story of a former Russian spy who was poisoned in a London sushi restaurant.  The former spy is in the hospital and has a 50/50 chance of survival.

Other cases are that of :
Now Ukrainian President Viktor Yushchenko
Russian journalist Anna Politkovskaya killed because of her writings.

It just makes me wonder, how many Russian killings don't make the news and can will hire these guys to start killing terrorist. Maybe if the US employed this tactic on our enemies we will be better off.

REID: DEMS TO SEEK GOP AID

The new incoming Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid announced that the Democratics will seek Republican aid in passing a hike in the minimum wage.  My question is why? The Democrats should have enough votes in Congress to pass any law that they want to. Yeah, President Bush could veto it but I'm not sure how much of a backbone he has left.
The Democrats wanting the Republicans help could only mean two things.

1) Even though the Democrats have the majority, they don't have enough Democratic votes to raise the minimum wage.

2)The Democrats know that it is a bad idea and a raise in minimum wage could put small businesses out of business. So if it has bi-partisan support than when the next election comes the Democrats can blame their own failures on Republicans.

MCCAIN VS GIULIANI: TALE OF THE TAPE

Both Senator John McCain and Former New York Mayor & Former Losing Senate Candidate Rudy Giuliani are measuring the drapes to the White House. Here is the Tale of The Tape:

John S. McCain III
Born: Aug. 29, 1936 in Panama Canal Zone, Panama

Rudolph W. "Rudy" Giuliani
Born: May 28, 1944, Brooklyn, N.Y.

Education:
  • McCain: Graduated U.S. Naval Academy, 1958.
  • Giuliani: Attended Manhattan College, graduated New York University Law School 1968.

    Family:
  • McCain: Married to Cindy Lou Hensley. Has seven children and four grandchildren. First marriage to Carol Shepp ended in divorce.
  • Giuliani: Married to Judith Nathan. Has two children from a marriage to TV personality Donna Hanover, which ended in divorce, and one stepdaughter. First marriage was annulled.

    Religion:
  • McCain: Episcopalian
  • Giuliani: Catholic

    Political Experience:
  • McCain: U.S. senator, 1986-present; U.S. congressman, 1982-1986.
  • Giuliani: Mayor of New York City, 1994-2001; U.S. Attorney for Southern District of New York, 1983-1989.

    Past campaign stumbles:
  • McCain: Unsuccessful candidate for Republican presidential nomination in 2000, losing to George W. Bush after scoring early victory in New Hampshire primary.
  • Giuliani: Withdrew as candidate for U.S. Senate in 1998, against Democrat Hillary Clinton, after announcing he had prostate cancer and amid highly public divorce. Lost first mayoral bid in New York to incumbent David Dinkins in 1989 before defeating him four years later.

    The Issues:
  • McCain: Conservative on social issues such as abortion and gun control; led bipartisan initiatives on campaign finance reform, immigration reform and lobbying reform; longtime crusader for ending pork-barrel spending; strong supporter of Iraq war who has called for sending more U.S. troops to help crush the insurgency.
  • Giuliani: Supports gun control, same-sex unions, abortion rights and comprehensive immigration reform; strong on crime and defense issues; supporter of President Bush on Iraq war.

    Strengths
  • McCain: A "maverick" senator who's been willing to buck the party establishment; a war hero who spent five years as a POW during the Vietnam War; strong military and national security credentials; experience in the highest halls of power; national name recognition; proven fund-raising ability; spent past election season campaigning hard for GOP candidates around the country; a conservative with appeal to independents.
  • Giuliani: Led New York City revival in the 1990s, when crime was dramatically reduced; won international acclaim for handling of 2001 terrorist attack on World Trade Center, when he became widely known as "America's mayor"; untarnished by ties to defeated Republican Congress; has no voting record in Congress to defend; can run as a true Washington outsider; has potential appeal to independents and Democrats; spent past election season campaigning hard for GOP candidates around the country; national name recognition; gives GOP rare chance to win New York's 31 electoral votes.

    Liabilities:
  • McCain: His age — he'll be 72 when the next president is sworn in; he alienated many evangelicals during the 2000 campaign, when he referred to Jerry Falwell and others as "agents of intolerance," though he has since backed off those remarks; was named in the late '80s in the Keating Five savings and loan scandal; reputed to have a short temper; though seen as a maverick, he's long been a part of the unpopular Congress; a longtime Washington insider.
  • Giuliani: Limited federal government experience; limited foreign policy experience; may be considered too liberal by GOP's conservative base; his health — prostate cancer forced him to pull out of 1998 Senate race, though he's made a full recovery; sometimes seen in mayoral years as short-tempered and egotistical; marital problems in past; he's a New Yorker.

    The Bush Factor:
  • McCain: Ran against George W. Bush in 2000, then strongly supported him four years later; has frequently been a thorn in the president's side in the Senate, opposing Mr. Bush's 2001 tax cuts and successfully fighting for Geneva Convention rules in the detention of terrorist suspects this year.
  • Giuliani: Has been seen as a strong ally of the president.

I don't want either of these guys to win. Giuliani can't beat Clinton and McCain isn't mentally up for the task of being President.

LIBERAL'S WISH LIST OF NEW LAWS

Everyone knows that the Democratic Party is the party of the special interest groups and now that they are in control of Congress here is a wishlist of the laws that those special interest groups want:

The NARAL Pro-Choice America wants initiatives which include requiring health insurance companies to cover birth control, requiring that emergency contraception be available at hospitals for rape victims, and ensuring that sex education for young people includes accurate information about contraceptives.

The Human Rights Campaign, the largest national gay-rights group, wants to outlaw employment discrimination against gays, lebsbians, and transgender people, and another measure which would include them among the groups protected in federal hate-crimes legislation.

Other Gay activists want to see the Democrats repeal the "don't ask, don't tell" policy that prohibits gay members of the military from being openly gay.

Feminist groups such as the National Organization for Women want to add gender to the existing federal hate-crimes law, tightening controls over silicone breast implants, and improving options for working mothers through enhanced family leave policies and child care options.

Since these liberal special interest groups are the base for the Democratic party, the newly elected Democratic Congress will have to keep them happy in order to stay in power. Conservatives can expect that none of our values will be represented during the next two years.
